Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is tasty, sweet and berry good!

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1 ripe fig, chopped
  • 1⁄4 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons raw buckwheat kernels
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1∕8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 cup coconut milk
  • ½ serve of álphaVIE™

Method

Soak the buckwheat kernels overnight. In the morning
strain and rinse well.

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve in a Reignite Coconut Bowl

Top with your favourite toppings.
Suggested toppings include persimmon, pomegranate,
Brazil nuts, coconut and goji berries.
