Golden Turmeric Roasted Vegetables
Roasted vegetables with a Turmeric Chai X-factor

Serves 3-4
Ingredients
- 500g organic carrots, peeled and
sliced - 500g organic beetroot, peeled and
quartered - 500g sweet potato, sliced
- 500g red onions, sliced
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon curQone™ Turmeric Chai
powder - 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper

Method

Slice all vegetables as directed and set aside.

Mix the coconut oil, curQone™ Turmeric Chai powder, salt, pepper and garlic in a large bowl.

Toss all the vegetables in the Chai mixture and spread over a full sheet pan, careful not to layer.

Roast for 30 to 40 minutes on 180°C, until the beetroot is
tender and the onions are perfectly browned.
