Organic Chai Tofu Scramble

Tofu with Chai... you'd be surprised how good this tastes!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves 2-3

Ingredients

  • 500g Block of Organic Tofu
  • 1 teaspoon of curQone Turmeric Chai Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Tamari
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • Organic Corn, Boiled and cut off the cob
  • Couple of spoons of filtered water (non-oil option) or oil of your choice.
  • Avocado, Tomato.

Method

In a bowl, grate your Tofu fine.

Add the Corn, Tamari and curQone™ Turmeric Chai powder to the Tofu and mix together until all looks even.

Add a small amount of water or oil to a Fry-Pan of your choice and add the Tofu mixture together.

Stir on a medium heat consistently until the most of the moisture has evaporated and the Tofu has gone fluffy.

Serve up and sprinkle the hemp seeds on top, garnishing with avocado, tomato and a pinch of curQone™ Turmeric Chai powder.
