- 1 1⁄4 cups almond meal
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of curQone Turmeric Chai Powder
- Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line two trays with baking paper.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Let the mixture sit for 2 minutes to thicken.

Divide the dough into 20 balls and place them on the baking trays.

Flatten each ball with a fork to create a pattern or with your hand to your desired thickness.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.

Cool the cookies completely on the baking tray; they will firm up as they cool.
